Anupam co-founded Occams Advisory in 2011 and has served as the CEO since 2012. Under his leadership Occams has achieved over 800% growth year over year over last 3 years. Anupam has advised many CEO’s and boards in the capacity of financial, operations and strategic consultant. Under his leadership, Occam’s has achieved exceptional results for its clients across industries and geographies.

Prior to founding Occams, Anupam spent over half a decade on Wall Street with distinguished names like Barclays, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Fidelity Investments and Bank of Nova Scotia. Anupam has also worked for Siemens Telecom and a highly successful dot com.

Anupam is an alumnus of Delhi University’s prestigious Shrirram College of Commerce, New York University’s Stern School of Business, and London Business School. Since 2005, he also serves on the Board of Child | Literacy, a New Jersey charity dedicated to the social and educational needs of children 6-18.

Nitin Aggarwal is the Chief Operating Officer of Occams Advisory in India and he runs the large team of professionals who deliver exceptional services to Occams US based clients. In this role, Nitin has created immense value for the clients.

Previously, Nitin co-founded 247 Experts in 2012 and served as the company’s CEO between 2012 and 2015. During his tenure, the company grew to become a major player in digital marketing, support services, mobile application clients across all continents. Nitin was responsible for setting 247’s strategic direction and spearheading its international operations and in digital marketing, mobile applications and IT support. Prior to founding 247 Experts, Nitin worked as a digital marketing consultant, based out of New Delhi & Dehradun, India. He has been a recognized leader in affiliate marketing.

Nitin holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT, Allahabad.

Steve Landzberg has over 26 years of investment and advisory experience. Steve leads our execution efforts in consulting projects including preparation of business plans, capital structure optimization, cash and liquidity management, and capital raising assignments.

Steve’s selected accomplishments include a successful execution of dozens of consulting and capital raising projects over the last eight years. He is a former Chief Financial Officer at Global Energy Efficiency, Inc., where he grew the company’s revenues by 4x within just two years, and raised $10 million of capital. He also served as Principal, Corporate Finance at Xroads Solutions Group, where he optimized operations and raised capital for the Ambassador Cruise Company. Included in his illustrious career transactions like leading the bank group of Metallurg when at JPMorgan as work-out officer where he was involved in bank lender work-out negotiations.Steve also was the Chairman of Creditor Committee and lead investor at Pueblo Supermarkets, where he led the restructuring of the balance sheet and the exchange of debt for equity.

Steve lives in Chicago.

Ramki has over 15 years of diverse, multinational experience in investment banking, private equity, financial strategy, consulting and operations. Working from Chicago, Ramki leads Occams efforts in: (i) Shareholder Value Maximization Advisory: Including sale of company, acquisition-driven growth, debt/equity capital raising, joint venture partnerships and owner-exit strategies; (ii) Strategic C.F.O. Advisory: where he works with clients finance and management teams to develop and/or improve: financial strategies in lockstep with business changes, managing rapid growth, financial projections and early warning systems, accurate budgeting processes, board/shareholder reporting, optimized capital structure, and owner exit and succession planning.

Ramki has execution track record of over $2 billion in investment banking and PE transactions, including middle-market and lower middle-market M&A and capital raising, private equity portfolio management, and debt and equity public offerings. In addition, he has relationships at middle-market & lower-middle market investors including private equity, family offices, high networth and international investors.

Ramki currently serves as strategic C.F.O. at Future Skies, Inc. and Five Elements Robotics.

Ramki’s previous experience includes investment banking and private equity roles at Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Securities), Robert W. Baird & Co. and Current Capital. His operations experience includes consulting and management roles at G.E. Energy,, Saint Gobain, and Siemens.

Ramki holds an undergraduate degree in production engineering, and has an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Ramki’s current and previous non-profit affiliations include Child Rights & You, Teach for America (Chicago), and Working In The Schools (WITS).

Khushboo is a key member of the Human Capital Advisory team at Occams India. She has had a proven track record in hiring resources for clients both on contract and full time basis. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Beri Institute of Technology(Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University). Khushboo also has a Master of Business Administration HMR Institute of Technology (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University).

Rajat is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India with invaluable experience in financial reporting and accounting covering a variety of industries. He has worked with several start-ups. Rajat has hands on experience of providing professional advice in strategic sectors such as financial reporting, taxation and auditing, accounting and corporate finance. Even though he is one of the youngest Chartered Accountants in India, he has served several clients with distinction.

Bian Li has over 12 years of public and private sector experience in food, finance, fashion & international development across Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas. She is a global corporate development and value chain strategist specializing in complex projects at the intersection of finance and operations. At Occams, Bian often leads the deal management and deal execution efforts while managing a high degree of client exchange.

Previously, Bian was the Director of Planning at The World Food Prize Foundation, where she convened world leaders, CEOs, philanthropists, international development agencies, scholars and farmers on a global stage to confront the most pressing challenges facing sustainable food, agriculture and global hunger alleviation. She has been credited for bringing the issues of financial inclusion, youth engagement and market-based solutions to the forefront and conceived of the annual dialogue NEXT program for young change makers at the cutting edge of food & agriculture innovation. She began her career as an investment banker in Chicago and Hong Kong for Lincoln International where she specialized in mergers & acquisitions in the food, consumer products and electronics space.

Recognized as a thought leader on global food security issues, Bian speaks frequently around the world on the power of finance, market access and entrepreneurship in agribusiness development, including at TEDx and USDA and was named a 2014 IFAMA Global Young Leader by the International Food & Agricultural Management Association. With QuesS Capital Managing Partner Mpule Kwelagobe, she is co-founder of Project Leverage, a global platform for investing in young African agricultural entrepreneurs.

Bian obtained a BBA in Economics and BA in International Studies from the University of Iowa and a Master of Engineering in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Zaragoza International Logistics Program. For her work in community development in Ghana, Bian was enstooled as a Queen Mother of Taviefe village. She began her work in Africa as a researcher in rural Kenya at African Science for Insect Food and Health. Bian also speaks fluent Chinese and Spanish. Bian is a PADI certified Rescue Diver.

Bian lives in Los Angeles.

Dylan Bassich works in the Advisory Services at Occams Advisory. Dylan focuses on analyzing and researching industry reports and news augmenting the analytic suite for deals related to financing, acquisitions and sale of businesses. He performs various financial analyses to assess client problems and reviews client operations and financial structure to implement solutions. Dylan prepares financial models for internal and client use to help in this process. He coordinates with clients to ensure delivery and meet timelines. He synthesizes data into presentation material and communicates this to clients and investors.

Dylan holds a BS in Finance from Robert Smith Business School at University of Maryland in College Park.

Ritika is a Marketing Professional with industry experience in sales and advertising. She has learnt to make strategic decisions by assessing the strengths and risks. Ritika is strongly inclined towards the field of Advertising, Public Relations and Branding Consulting. Ritika’s strengths include analysis and problem solving, result orientation, relationship building, communication, technical & professional expertise, and her incessant focus on strategic perspective behind the marketing decisions. At Occams, Ritika supports the C suite with her marketing and branding insights.

Ritika is a Graduate student at School of Professional Studies at New York University, pursuing a Masters degree in Integrated Marketing, where she also is the President of Graduate Student Council. With concentration in Brand Management, she boasts of expertise in both brand communication (external and internal) and designing campaign strategies. Ritika has Bachelors in Commerce from Motilal Nehru College, University Of Delhi an MBA in Marketing from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi, India.

Supriya is an experienced marketing and strategy professional with extensive experience in global marketing and expansion, brand/product management, strategy development, market research and consulting within the consumer goods, fashion / retail, education, and pharmaceutical industries. At Occams, Supriya often engages as a subject matter expert and key advisor to clients on their crucial marketing and branding initiatives.

Some of Supriya’s key specialties include brand management, new product launch, global brand expansion, digital marketing, public relations and social media, marketing plan development, marketing campaign development, portfolio optimization, primary and secondary research, competitive assessment, pricing, market entry strategies, market and opportunity assessments, retail store expansion and in-store merchandising.

Supriya holds Bachelor in Business Studies from the College of Business Studies, University of Delhi and a Master in Business Administration from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia. Supriya is a travel and culinary enthusiast. She lives in New York City.

Himanshu is an accounting and taxation professional who has completed the first half of his ACA credentials from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His focus at Occams is to manage the accounting for internal purposes as well as for certain Corporate Services clients. He has been instrumental in keeping clients signing up for their accounting and taxation work with Occams. Himanshu holds Bachelors in Commerce from School of Open Learning, Delhi University.

Abhishake focuses origination of loan and insurance clients at Occams Advisory. Abhishake has 6 years of experience in loan origination including underwriting, title and credit, as a certified loan officer at Montgomery Mortgage Inc. in Texas. Previously, he has worked as Manager Operations at Offshoreally, a Virtual Assistant company where he handled a team of 30 people providing them with the training on various projects assigned by the clients.

Eric is a junior at the University of Missouri studying Finance and Banking. At school, he is involved with several organizations on campus including Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, the Budget Committee of the Missouri Students Association, and the University of Missouri Investment Group. Eric serves as the President of the Missouri Alpha Chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon and the Secretary of the University of Missouri Investment Group.

Outside of his activities at school, Eric is pursuing a career in Investment Banking while interning at Occams Advisory. He plans to leverage the immense volume of skills gained at Occams Advisory to continue to build a career in Investment Banking.

Jonah is currently a junior at the University of Missouri pursuing a degree in Finance and Banking with a minor in Psychology. He is involved in various organizations on campus such as Alpha Kappa Psi: Professional Business Fraternity, where he serves as the Vice President of Brotherhood. Along with Alpha Kappa Psi, he is the social chair and a member of the associates (upper-level) program of the University of Missouri Investment Group.

Jonah is constantly seeking new experiences and learning opportunities. He wants to continue to build on the skills he has acquired at Occams Advisory in Investment Banking and Financial Advisory. Post-graduation, he hopes to continue a career in Investment Banking while continuing his CFA program.
